Ideal for cooking wood-fired ham, roasts, or leg of lamb, our spit roast for 900 series professional barbecues is equipped with a 100 cm basket. Made entirely of solid stainless steel, this accessory ensures a firm hold and perfect rotation of the roast during cooking.
Designed for barbecue mounting, our spit roast is made entirely of stainless steel, with a welded frame and locking screws. To ensure your food is cooked perfectly, the basket is adjustable and positioned on the spit supports. You can manage the spacing between the two baskets and adjust the distance from the heat source on the barbecue.
Its coupling is designed for a 220 V electric motor.
Our spit roast for wood-fired barbecues allows you to roast pieces of meat up to 40 kg max.
The extra touch? Complete your setup with a drip tray to place underneath your rotisserie, so you don't miss a drop of your feast.
