14-day withdrawal

You may withdraw without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt: email boishiverpro@gmail.com with your order number.

Return

New, complete, unused products in their original packaging, returned within 14 days of notification. Return costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refund

Full refund (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method.

Exclusions

Perishable products (food, meat, plants)
Personalized products
Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene/safety reasons, or which have been altered after delivery (e.g., firewood)
