General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Products and prices

Prices in euros including VAT, excluding delivery. Photos are non-contractual; as wood is a natural product, color and grain may vary.

Ordering and payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering by credit card (secure payment), or by bank transfer using the details provided on the Payment by bank transfer page. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order is shipped upon receipt and verification of payment; if not received within 7 days, we may cancel the order. We may also refuse or cancel an order in the event of unavailability of stock or fraud.

Delivery

See the Delivery page. If delivery is not made within the agreed timeframe or within 30 days, cancellation is possible (art. L.216-2 et seq. of the Consumer Code).

Withdrawal

14 days, see the Returns & refunds page.

Warranties

Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years, art. L.217-3 et seq.) and latent defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Safety

Use heating products in accordance with their instructions and safety rules.
