The Rotating Waffle Iron is a cast-iron mold that makes preparing sweet or savory waffles a breeze. With the included support, you receive a custom-fit base on which you can place the Waffle Iron so that it does not tip or slip. The Waffle Iron consists of two pans connected by a hinge. The recessed cast-iron notches give the mold a fixed position on its support. The locking mechanism keeps the two parts of the mold firmly closed against each other during rotation: this way, the batter will not leak out of the mold. Using the natural wood handles, you can easily turn the Rotating Waffle Iron with one hand, even at high temperatures. The pivot point located on one side acts as a stop. This allows the device to be turned 180° in either direction. With the Rotating Waffle Iron, making fresh heart-shaped waffles is child's play while you enjoy the characteristic taste provided by traditional cast-iron cookware.
