A successful méchoui, made simple
Place the food to be cooked flat in the center of the first grill, adjust the second, then firmly tighten the wing nuts. Your méchoui basket is ready to use.
No need to skewer your game; this basket is easy to use and does not damage the cuts of meat during cooking.
Place this assembly on our dedicated spit supports and drive it with a high-power motor capable of supporting a load of up to 40kg. You can adjust the height of your spit using the different levels of hooks welded onto our supports. This will allow you to control the cooking of your game based on the intensity of the heat.
No more balancing or wobbling issues; your equipment is durable to ensure perfect rotation for many years.
Entirely manufactured in our French workshops from solid stainless steel, this accessory perfectly withstands the heat of a wood fire. It keeps the méchoui firmly in place during cooking and guarantees easy cleaning after use.
To perfect your roast, use a basting pan suspended from the spit to baste your game throughout the cooking process. You will achieve tender, juicy meat with golden, crispy skin!
