Temperature control is the key element for perfect cooking results. For this reason, the Dome XL Bone pizza oven is equipped with a digital control panel. It displays both the internal temperature and the pizza stone temperature. It is also equipped with a timer and 2 cooking probes.
The 3-layer insulation of the dome reduces heat loss for better thermal efficiency. Thus, the oven is perfectly capable of maintaining the 500°C recommended for fast and uniform cooking!
