Jasminum Officinale - Fragrant Summer Jasmine - 3L Pot
Common jasmine, or summer jasmine (Jasminum officinale), is a climbing plant with green foliage that is deciduous to semi-evergreen depending on the region. It must first be trained onto a support, after which it can climb along a wall or pergola thanks to its twining stems.
This variety is highly renowned for its small white flowers that perfume the surrounding air throughout the summer season (from June to September).
It blooms for a long time throughout the summer and offers small, highly fragrant, star-shaped white flowers.
Summer jasmine can also be grown in pots, allowing you to place it on a balcony to enjoy its delightful fragrance.
It is vigorous and does not require much maintenance to stay healthy. Ordinary, humus-rich soil (even if slightly calcareous), cool and well-drained, is ideal for jasmine.
Jasminum officinale enjoys sunlight but must be watered regularly in the event of prolonged drought.
After flowering, it is possible to prune the jasmine to restore a balanced shape and remove faded flowers.

Our tips for planting climbing plants
1. Dig a hole slightly larger than the container.
2. Place the plant in it at a slight angle. The goal: to have it grow in the direction of the support it is intended to cling to (wall, arbor, trellis, etc.)
3. Fill in with a mixture of removed soil, potting soil, and fertilizer. Water.

2. Clean and perform a light pruning in autumn (except for some plants—wisteria, for example—which will need several prunings).
3. Spring flowering: prune immediately after flowering.

HOW ARE YOUR PLANTS PACKAGED?
We have developed custom-made cardboard boxes for our products to facilitate packaging and limit risks associated with transport. The boxes are adapted to the size of our plants and are equipped with supports. These four small openings at the ends allow the plant to breathe during the journey. We use a compostable plastic bag made from bio-based materials to cover the base of your plant (the soil is thus well preserved). We use very little adhesive tape and no bubble wrap. One box can hold up to two plants while protecting them effectively.

We work with the DPD network for the shipment of your packages. We guarantee delivery within 5 working days after receipt of your order. DPD delivery times are generally 1 to 3 working days after the package is picked up. In metropolitan France, delivery fees to a home address or pick-up point are only €10. (already included in the unit price)
