Our collection brings together gas planchas and electric planchas from Le Marquier (Amalia, Exclusive, Pure), La Plancha Française, La Petite Française, Pakita, WMF and Signature, in enameled steel or stainless steel, as well as matching lids, covers and cleaning kits.
Gas or electric: our guide
- Gas plancha: powerful and autonomous, ideal for the garden. Models with two burners offer two cooking zones. In cold weather, prefer propane over butane.
- Electric plancha: simple to use and thermostat-regulated, a great solution for balconies, subject to condominium regulations.
- Plate size: about 40 to 60 cm for a family, larger for entertaining guests.
- Maintenance: deglaze with water on a hot plate, scrape with a spatula, then lightly oil. Remember to use a cover for the winter.
For a gas plancha, regularly check the hose's expiration date and the tightness of the connections.
