To easily light and maintain your fire, our charcoal and firelighters section brings together Fogon Argentinian charcoal, its compressed bricks and pellets, eco-friendly firelighters, densified wood logs, 30 and 33 cm logs in nets, and our steres of dried wood. You will also find Petromax fire accessories and road salt for winter.
Starting a fire the right way
- Never use flammable liquids: gasoline and methylated spirits are dangerous. Use natural firelighters and kindling.
- Charcoal: wait until the embers are covered with a thin layer of white ash before cooking, for steady, smoke-free heat.
- Densified logs: very dry and compact, they release a lot of heat. Do not overload the fireplace and follow the recommendations of your appliance manufacturer.
- Storage: store charcoal, firelighters, and densified wood in a dry place.
Charcoal and embers release carbon monoxide: barbecues and fire pits must always be used outdoors.
