The Traeger Woodridge Elite pellet grill features a total cooking surface of 6,257 cm² spread over two levels:
- the main cooking grates offer 3,775 cm² for direct cooking,
- the upper grate adds 2,482 cm², ideal for keeping food warm or managing different preparations.
The grates are made of enameled steel, a durable material that withstands high temperatures while being easy to clean.
One of the grates is compatible with the ModiFIRE modular system, which allows for the installation of various cooking surfaces directly onto the grate (not included), perfect for varying your recipes.
The hopper, with a capacity of 11 kg, offers great autonomy, even for long cooks. A hopper clean-out system located at the back also makes it easy to switch pellet flavors according to your recipes.
Ease of use: Thanks to its control panel, using your grill is as simple as an oven. The WiFIRE function allows you to change the grill temperature and monitor cooking times from your smartphone! An intuitive touchscreen display in French and simple controls make for an easy-to-use Timberline, with a well-thought-out design to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
